Holiday pay is available when the Holiday falls on a week day, Monday - Friday.
Only full time employees are eligible for holiday pay.
You are not eligible for holiday pay if you are in your introductory period.
Part time employees are not eligible for holiday pay.
*You must work the day before and after the holiday to be eligible for holiday pay.*
Full time employees are paid for 4 hours of work for holiday pay.
Black Out Dates:
Please be advised that MaidPro has black out dates during Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is an extremely busy time of the year which is why we have the blackout dates in place.
If less than a 2 month notice is given; the time off request will be denied and marked as unexcused.
Limited time off requests will be approved for the below listed dates based on seniority and performance. You must give a 2 month notice in order for a time off request to be approved during the blackout dates.
