Cell Phone Policy

At MaidPro we ask that you carry your cell phone on you at all times as it is required to clock in and out of your jobs, track your mileage, keep track of your time, and be able to text / call the office if  assistance is needed. 

We trust that you'll use your cell phone always in a polite and respectful manner when at a customer's home. 

PRO's may use their cell phone to listen to music only with one ear bud in, and one ear bud out while in a customer's home. Please be mindful of the noise output, even through headphones, and be sure that the noise level is to a point where you can still hear a customer speaking to you if needed.  

PRO's may not have personal cell phone conversations while in a customer's home or clocked into the MaidPro Go App. We understand that things happen throughout the day that you may need to be informed about. If you need to use your cell phone in an emergency situation please step outside to complete your phone call.
