Use the guide below if you break something in a customer's home.
Remain calm, take a picture of it, and text it to MaidPro's text line.
Log the picture into your MaidPro Go App.
If the customer is home explain to them that you accidentally broke something. Let them know that you have already made the office aware of the situation and that a manager will be reaching out to them to rectify the situation.
You can say something such as "Mrs. Smith, I am so sorry but I accidentally broke your glass vase that was on the kitchen counter. I already made my manager aware of it, and they will be reaching out to you as soon as possible to help with the situation."
Clean it up with care. Be careful not to cut yourself on broken glass.
If the customer is not home, please follow steps 1 and 2 in addition to leaving a note for the customer on the 49 point check list to make them aware.
