Once your request is received you will receive an email back whether your request was approved or denied.
Vacation and Time off:
We believe that vacation and personal time off is the best way to relax, rest and enjoy time with family.
Here are a few key things you need to know about our Vacation/Time Off Requirements:
If you would like to take time (1-2 days) off we require a 1 week notice.
If you would like to take vacation (3 days or more) we require 2 weeks notice.
Note: Your manager may deny your time off request if other team members have already been approved for time off on the same days.
If you have PTO hours available, you may use them to get paid time off. You may use 4-8 PTO hours per day requested off. Please see your paycheck stub for available PTO hours.
Note: You can use PTO for approved days off or sick days.
Employees in their introductory period will accrue PTO but will not be able to use it until introductory period of sixty (60) days has been completed.
Please make sure that when you fill out the time off request and are using PTO that you check your most recent OnPay stub for your PTO balance.
Black Out Dates:
Please be advised that MaidPro has black out dates during Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is an extremely busy time of the year which is why we have the blackout dates in place.
If less than a 2 month notice is given; the time off request will be denied and marked as unexcused.
Limited time off requests will be approved for the below listed dates based on seniority and performance. You must give a 2 month notice in order for a time off request to be approved during the blackout dates.
Black out dates for 2022 and 2023 are as follows -
Thanksgiving Black out dates 2023:
11/20/2023 - 11/24/2023
Christmas Black out dates 2023:
