Cleaning Time Allotted

All MaidPro customer's receive an estimate via phone using sophisticated software to calculate the correct cleaning time based on a series of in depth questions the salesperson asks the customer. Each type of room, like a kitchen or a bathroom, has an assigned cleaning time based on the average size and average level of dirt usually found in that room, like a kitchen may take 45 minutes and a bathroom 30 minutes. 

That time is also adjusted for how often we clean the home. For instance a kitchen may take 35 minutes on a weekly basis or 45 minutes on a monthly basis. Depending on the frequency of the cleaning schedule there will be more or less dirt thus the time difference. If the customer has not purchased enough cleaning time you should let the office know as soon as possible if you think you won't have enough time to complete the job. At every clean, it is important to walk around the home to determine if there is enough time estimated on your work order to finish the clean beautifully. We appreciate your professional opinion if a home has beyond the average needs. 

It is important to contact the office to ask for additional time at a house especially if you think a home needs more time on-going and why. We will call the customer to discuss a plan and the customer will either authorize paying for additional time or they may ask us to skip certain areas to stick to the original cleaning price and timing. We will always give you the next steps during situations like this. 

It is critical to let a manager know if a house requires additional time when you realize it.
